iDaa LearningApp will also not share any user information with third parties, irrespective of whether the information or correspondence was made online or in person. However, in the following circumstances, iDaa LearningApp reserves the right to disclose any content, records, or electronic communication:

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation: A Product can be cancelled due to two possible events:

• By iDaa LearningApp: We reserve the right to cancel product delivery without prior notice, typically due to incorrect or fraudulent customer information.
• By the Customer: Cancellation is allowed if the product is found to be damaged upon delivery and before use. Requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Cancellation after payment but before dispatch is eligible for a 95% refund.

Refunds

Refunds are initiated only after:

1. Receipt of an email detailing the issue, including a screenshot of the product
2. Return of the product in its original condition
3. Completion of quality and verification checks by our backend team

Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the email. Please note:

• Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable
• Refunds are issued for 90% of the order amount
• No refunds are applicable for SMART CLASS products once downloaded
• Refunds are not issued in the following cases:
  • Cancellation after 24 hours of product receipt
  • Lack of proof of damage
  • Product passes quality checks
  • Use of promotional codes

Information Security

User details are not shared with third parties unless specifically requested by the user.

Public Forums
